• If you have been ordered to do community service, you are required to register in the county you are sentenced in.
  
  
• If you have been sentenced in another county and are transferring to El Paso County, please bring a copy of the referral.
  

• If you have been ordered to do community service for a case in El Paso County Colorado you will need to register with Front Range Community Services, INC. (FRCS) and pay the $75.00 fee. You may register for community service prior to sentencing, pay the fee and complete your hours.  FRCS does offer a payment plan for those that desire to make payments.
  
  
• If you live in El Paso County, Colorado you will need to register in person.
  

• If you live outside of El Paso County, we can fax or mail a registration form to you. We can transfer you to a different county, or another State if necessary.
  
  

When you come in to register, please print your name on the sign in sheet, at the front of the office, pick up a registration form to fill out and have a seat until a coordinator calls your name. FRCS accepts cash or money order only for payment, we do not accept credit cards or debit cards.
